Procrastination Station

Turns out, I only blog when I am procrastinating. Who knew? I guess anyone that has read more than one entry into my blog.

Today's topic is much more on point with the title of my blog than most of my last blogs have been. Today we are talking about girls and clothes. I never knew that this would be a subject at 7,4, and 1 but apparently, what to wear is a HUGE issue with 2 out of 3 of my daughters. Gwiny is putting up the best fight as she is now 7 and is in to fashion ( ha ha, that is sarcasm).

Gwindolyn is the most like her mother of my girls. She doesn't give a flip about what other people say or do. She cries when she gets a bad grade on a test, she wants to help others, and she thinks she runs the place. She has been a fairly easy going child all of her life. But these days I find myself wanting to pull my hair out from about 8:15 to 8:40 every morning. Gwin only wants to wear very, very tight clothes. She has attempted to wear Emma's ( 2T) clothes more times than I can count. She thinks that she can wear leggings without a skirt on top. Now that she is in second grade, I have to put a stop to this. So she cries, and I dress her in Jeans and a loose fitting top every day. And still she fights. This has been on going for about 2 months. You would think she would get the hint already. But I will keep fighting.

Izzy, she doesn't care what she wears. For her, the weirder the better really, so no problem there.

Emma, has now started to pick up a desire to pick out her own clothes. She basically spends 10 minutes in her drawer throws all her clothes out and then says. "I'm nakie." So i pick something and she says no, and runs away. Then I grab her, throw her clothes on and we are good to go.

Girls, gotta love them.
